How does per-employee pricing work?

Every plan is a flat GHS 15 per employee per month. Your plan price already includes a band of employees (30 on Starter, 50 on Business, 100 on Enterprise), and beyond that band you simply add GHS 15 per employee. There are no headcount caps.

What if my team grows past my band?

Nothing changes except GHS 15 per extra employee. No penalty and no forced upgrade.

Will my price change if the cedi moves against the dollar?

No. KlensClock is priced in Ghana Cedis, so your plan price stays the same no matter what the exchange rate does. You can budget for the whole year without watching the dollar.

Can I pay with Mobile Money?

Yes. You can pay by Mobile Money or card, billed in Ghana Cedis. Prices exclude VAT, which is added on your invoice.
